leg injured..

today got sukantara for my rumah sukan at my school..
firstly,
form 3 will do lempar cakera..
i just play and didn't listen to what teacher say..
there is 3 times for us to get marks..
1 times is 3 marks..
1st and 2nd time i throw wrong side then teacher say batal..
luckily i still get 3 marks for the last try..
so sad..
can't get 9 marks!!!
after that,
we play lontar peluru..
i love it since standard 4.. xD
i get 9 marks.. hoho!!
then is lembing.. T_T
so sad..
i can't get any marks..
because i don't know how to throw also..
just simply throw only..
the last thing is lompat tinggi..
it makes my leg injured..
SUCKS!!
i get 0 marks for this..
hope i will do better next year.. (^_^)
